Raw Creations food is simply fresh, delicious and beautiful.
I love their macaroons, chocolate ganache and carrot cake.

From my very first bite of the Chocolate Ganache tart, I knew this was
something very special. The blend of dark, rich raw cacao in perfect
harmony with the other ingredients was beyond exquisite. Each dessert I
have tried -- from the light but tasty carrot cake to the more substantial
walnut cookies -- has been uniquely pleasurable. And how good to know that
the fresh, gently handled ingredients are pure and healthful as well!

I am so thankful for the discovery of Raw Creations. Not only do these raw, enzyme-rich desserts satisfy my sweet tooth, but for once I can enjoy a macaroon or a piece of a chocolate ganache tart without the guilt and sugar rush that normally comes from eating cooked versions of these desserts.
